Introduce

Sinolight Materials Corporation is one of the subsidiaries of China National Light Industry (Group). Our corporation was created with the investment from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC). In August, 2007, our group established a unified trade platform and integrated the subsidiary bodies of the major trading business into one, named Sinolight Materials Corporation, which would operate together with China Light Industrial Materials Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the new company was RMB400 million, and the main business income amounted to RMB4.9 billion in 2011.



As the core business, Sinolight Materials Corporation supplies and manufactures specific materials to the light industry. Our company comprises nine subsidiary companies and one branch office, including China Light Industrial Materials Co., Ltd., Sinolight Materials Xian Co., Ltd., Sinolight Materials Guangzhou Co., Ltd., Sinolight Materials Wuhan Co., Ltd., Sinolight Materials Shenyang Co., Ltd., Sinolight Materials Chongqing Corporation, Sinolight Materials Dalian Co., Ltd., Sinolight Materials Tianjin Co., Ltd., Beijing Quanxin Property Management Co., Ltd. and Sinolight Materials Corporation Lianyungang Branch. In addition, our company has a share-controlled company - Sinolight Chemical Co., Ltd., which is located in Hangzhou and we have three offices located in Shaoxing, Jiangmen and Zhongshan respectively.



China Light Industrial Materials Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock enterprise, which was authorized by State Economic and Trade Commission and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. China Light Industrial Materials Co., Ltd. was registered in Shanghai Administration for Industry and Commerce on 11, May, 1999. The total share capital reached 150 million Yuan. China Light Industrial Materials Co., Ltd. has been confirmed as "a non-local large enterprise" by Shanghai Municipal Government. The Tax-credit has been classified as "A" by Shanghai Taxation Bureau and the independent importing and exporting rights have been certified by Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. China Light Industrial Materials Co., Ltd. owns four subsidiaries in Tianjin, Qingdao, Zhanjiang and Hong Kong respectively.



Some of our companies have obtained ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System, including Sinolight Materials Corporation, China Light Industrial Materials Co., Ltd., Sinolight Chemical Co., Ltd. and Beijing Quanxin Property Management Co., Ltd. Sinolight Chemical Co., Ltd. has got the internationally accepted ISO14001 Environment Management System certification.
